Six Figure House Refurbishment
February 2025
This large six bedroom house was redecorated and part refurbished by us in less than four months, over Christmas, in between tenants moving in and out. The budget was kept to £100,000 including fees and just under a quarter of that went on a new bathroom and walk-in wardrobe.
Nine Month Let and Probate Sale
September 2024
This large four bedroom property was furnished by us and let to four sharers while probate went through. We marketed it for sale and achieved £30k above asking price to a cash buyer who paid £1.425m while the tenants kept it occupied and tidy. The rental income meant the house was effectively sold for free.
Luxury Home For Sale
September 2025
We picked up this instruction from a frustrated seller who had had a bad experience with a previous agent. We did a full valuation appraisal using nearby comparables, advised on getting the house compliant with all legislation, took new photos and recommenced marketing which culminated in a offer at near asking.
Apartment Refurbishment on a Budget
August 2023
This one bedroom flat was comprehensively refurbished by us to a high but affordable standard and variously let to short term as well as long term tenants directly by us to achieve maximum possible rental yields.

Simon became an accidental landlord in his early 20’s when he started managing a four bedroom apartment for a neighbour who moved out at short notice. Twenty years later and his experience has grown along with his portfolio.
We make property ownership simple in a world which is getting increasingly complicated. It’s easily done if we stay in regular contact with our tenants, do regular inspections and stay on top of maintenance and safety requirements.
